RENTALS

We can handle all of your rental property needs. If vacant we start by advertising your property online to maximize the amount of people who can view the listing. This  includes pictures and description of the property. Then we finish with a sign in front of the property for viewing by local traffic.

The next step is locating a qualified tenant to fill your vacancy. Our application process includes the following; verification of income,background check which includes criminal and any past evictions. 

We offer a web base software that allows our owners to view their property's financial reports online anytime of day or night! This service is included in our management fee which is lower than anyone else in Florence! Call Jennifer to discuss your rental property needs!

MAINTENANCE

Maintenance can make or break a property and here at 3 Stone Rentals, LLc we understand and have teamed up with several vendors  who are staffed with a maintenance team that is  on site for all of your maintenance issues; which includes but not limited to Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry,  HVAC, Lawn care, and Roofing. We offer 24 hour emergency maintenance service to all of our clients!

TENANTS

We offer our tenants the best available service and property listings available to our area! Call today for a complete listing or visit our Listing tab! When you find a unit you would like to view come by the office and pick up a key. There is a $40.00 refundable key deposit. 
 

HOME OWNER ASSOCIATIONS

3 Stone Rentals, LLC  can assist the Board of Directors in managing your HOA.  Some of the services we provide are collection of regime fees, pay bills, and emailing statements monthly. We work with Board of Directors with budgeting and annual meetings. We work for the BOD we do not run the BOD!

LEASE

Our leases are 12 months and we have other options available depending on your needs!

COMMERCIAL PROPERTY

3 Stone Rentals, LLC is a full service property management company and can handle your commercial rentals. We will handle all lease negotiations from a Gross Lease to a  Triple Net Lease. Ask for Roy  to help you with your commercial property!

NOTARY SERVICES

We also offer Notary Services to our owners, tenants, and the public (ask about our fees). We waive all cost for our Owners!
